A Decade of Hope and New Beginnings

The years 2024–2025 marked a strategic turning point in the journey of Shafaq Sham, as we moved beyond emergency relief toward a model rooted in sustainability and empowerment, guided by our vision of leadership in humanitarian action. Our work is no longer limited to meeting immediate needs; it has become an investment in building people and communities through nine vital sectors that support stability and lay the foundations for long-term development, reinforced by strategic institutional engagement grounded in neutrality and transparency.

This year also carried profound symbolic significance, as the tenth anniversary of our organization’s official founding coincided with a defining milestone in the Syrian people’s path toward freedom and dignity. A decade of dedicated work transformed early initiatives into a well-established institution and turned hope into projects and programs that have changed the lives of hundreds of thousands. The convergence of these two moments makes our celebration an occasion to recall the power of beginnings and the sincerity of the mission we have carried since day one: serving our Syrian people wherever they may be, and standing beside them toward a future worthy of their sacrifices and dignity.
